Produced on an Army contract for the Japanese Military with a blade front sight, tangent notch rear sight, and no provision for a shoulder stock. The nomenclature markings are present on the rear of the one-piece frame with niter blue and straw finishes on the small components, serrated and knurled cocking knob, checkered hardwood grips with two red paint symbols on the right panel and a nickel finished magazine with alloy base.

Fine as professionally refinished with 98% of the blue showing some light handling marks, a bit of wear on the edges, and pitting beneath the fine grips. A few light dings and scuffs are present on the grips. Mechanically fine.
