Blade front sight and peep rear sight with "DRC" windage drum and "NI-C" elevation drum, a Springfield "8 65" dated barrel, Springfield bolt, safety, trigger group housing and operating rod and an International Harvester hammer. The right front receiver leg is marked "LEAD/11-65", indicating Letterkenny Army Depot refurbishment. Smooth pistol grip stock with a circled "P" on the wrist, Defense cartouche on the left side, "97" in yellow paint on the left near the buttplate, a green canvas sling and checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished, with 98% of the mixed gray parkerized finish, showing some light wear on the receiver and operating rod and minor high point wear and handling marks overall. The stock is very fine, with some fading of the cartouche and rack number, scattered dings and mild pressure dents. Mechanically excellent.
