Good. The barrel has a smooth mottled gray patina, the breechblock has a smooth dark patina and the remaining parts have a mottled gray patina with hints on original case colors on the receiver and a small amount of minor pitting. The wood is also good as freshened with a coat of varnish some time ago showing a few minor dents and dings. The action is excellent.
