This popular Colt pocket pistol was manufactured from 1870 until 1912 with a total of approximately 48,000. The serial number of this example, 33581, suggests it was made in the early 20th century. It has a German silver half moon front sight, "-COLT-" in italics marked on top of the barrel (partially weak/poorly struck), "41 CAL" marked on the left side of the frame, the serial number stamped under the left grip, a nickel finish, and is fitted with smooth mother of pearl grips.

Very fine as period replated. The pistol retains 95% plus of the finish with some light handling and storage marks. The grips are near excellent with only some slight chips at the edges and otherwise bright iridescent tones. Mechanically excellent with crisp markings with the above exception.
