Patterned after the Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket Pistol, the 7.65mm Mann abandoned the more exotic look of the 6.35 Mann but has a unique feature in a combination safety switch and magazine catch; depressing the switch past the "F" position releases the magazine. Blade front and notch rear sights in a groove on the slide. German "crown/N" proofmarks are on the slide, muzzle and frame and "FABRICACION ALEMANA" (Made in Germany) is on the left side of the slide. This gun is featured on page 108 in Gun Collector's Digest, 5th Edition by J.B. Wood. Matching numbers are present on the slide and frame. It has a pair of checkered grips.

Good with traces of the original blue finish showing a mixed gray on the slide, plum on the frame, and scattered spotting and handling marks. The grips are fair as modified with the tops of the panels milled to remove the "MANN" markings and some light dents. Mechanically fine.
