Class: Curio & Relic Handgun
Description:

Fixed sights, with the top of the chamber clear of stampings or dates and the front toggle link bearing the "DWM" monogram. In addition to the German "crown/N" proofs on the barrel, extension and front toggle link, and the matching numbers on the barrel, frame, takedown latch, side plate and rear toggle, the front of the frame bears a "GERMANY" import mark, "LOADED" on the left side of the extractor and "SAFE" on the upper safety position. This combination of markings is only seen on Luger pistols intended for the American commercial market. Date of production is unknown, though the lack of suffix on the serial number suggests early Weimar-era. Fitted with straw finished small parts, niter blue screws and pins, checkered grips, and a nickel finished magazine with blank wood base.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, with 98% plus of the original blue finish, showing some bright wear on the high edges, light scratches on the side of the frame. The grips are very fine, with a crack forming on the left side near the safety. Sear needs adjustment, and the magazine base is a bit loose.
