With a fixed dovetailed inverted "V" blade front and fixed notch on the rear toggle linkage. Rust blue finish with nitre blue and straw small parts. The left side of the barrel extension, underside of the barrel, and front of the frame are marked with the standard "crown/N" commercial proofmarks. The frame is stamped "GERMANY" on the left and right side of the barrel extension. Lower safety position is marked "GESICHERT". Extractor is marked "GELADEN" on the left side. Features the wide grip safety and a stock lug on the frame. Fitted with checkered walnut grips. Holster is brown leather and is marked "F. GROSSE/DRESDEN-/RADEBEUL/1940" on the back between the belt loops

Very good as partially refinished with 80% of the original blue finish displaying areas of edge wear, some brown patina, evidence of cold bluing at the butt and some light pitting that has been cleaned and blued over. Grips are very fine with light handling marks and a small chip on the left panel near the safety lever. Mechanically excellent. Holster is good with mostly solid stitching, rub marks, and some color loss.
