Description:

Manufactured during the 1920s and 1930s, the Nordheim is seldom encountered and ranks as one of the rarest pistols of this period. With blade front and slide notch sights, knurled barrel bushing, fixed barrel integral to the frame and the magazine catch at the heel. The slide is marked "DEUTSCHE SELBSTLADEPISTOLE/CAL. 7,65. D.R.P. ANG." on the left side and "GOTTHILF V NORDHEIM/MEHLIS I/THUR" on top. With "crown/N" proofs on the slide, chamber and muzzle, an unmarked magazine mismatched grips.

Rating Definition:

Very good with 30% original blue finish displaying areas of edge wear, surface scratches, moderate handling marks and some light spotting. Grips are fair. The left being a "GvN" monogrammed checkered hard rubber, and the right being of unembellished hardwood construction. Mechanically needs some adjustments.
