This shotgun features a vent rib barrels with two brass bead sights. Choked full/full and 2 3/4 inch chambers with ejectors. Engraved action with field scenes', one is a duck in flight in a marsh scene marked "ITHACA GUN CO." and the other a pheasant in a field scene on the right marked "ITHACA. N.Y.". The water table is marked with the serial number on the right, and the left is marked "4/12". Fitted with a tang safety, single selective trigger and cocking indicators. Mounted with a checkered beavertail forearm with ebony forend insert and Fleur De Lis straight grip stock, blank initial shield and a Pachmayr White Line vented recoil pad.

Good as refinished. The barrels and trigger guard retains 85% of the blue finish with only slight handling marks. The action retains 60% of the casehardened finish with some smooth grey patina on the underside. The engraving is sharp. The revarnished wood is fair with scattered scratches and dings and a pinned repair on the right side of the wrist. The checkering is dulled. Mechanically excellent.
