Manufactured between 1868 and 1877. The barrels have a single steel bead sight, are choked improved modified/modified and have 2 1/2 inch chambers with an extractor. Barrels are marked "PARKER BROS. MAKERS MERIDEN CONN. DAMASCUS STEEL". The receiver features flourishes of scroll engraving at the edges, as well as simple engravings on the screw heads. Mounted on a multi-point checkered walnut splinter forearm and round knob pistol grip stock with initial shield and smooth steel buttplate. Length of pull is 14 1/4 inches. Included with the shotgun is a photocopy of an original Parker Brothers' catalog.

Very good. With 60% of the current brown and dark muted casehardened finishes. Barrels display scattered surface scratches, edge wear, some light spotting and a small ding at the right muzzle. The receiver has dark muted coloration, rounded edges, and some silvering at the high points. The wood is very good as lightly cleaned and refreshed, with well defined checkering, warm color and displaying scattered light indentations throughout. Mechanically very good.
