Manufactured in 1942. Standard markings including the factory proof on the barrel and receiver. Hooded ramp and adjustable sporting type rear sights and receiver tapped for scope/sight mounting. The rifle has a jeweled bolt (non-factory). Checkered pistol grip stock with sling swivels and checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine as partially refinished (trigger guard and floor plate). The balance of rifle retains 90% original blue finish with a few areas of smooth brown on the barrel and typical thinning on the custom jeweled bolt handle. The top rear of the receiver has a sight mounting hole that has been partially drilled. The stock is excellent with a few minor handling marks. The checkering is crisp.
