Manufactured in 1937 with a hooded ramp front sight with stippled base, the rear dovetail slot has a filler block and there is a bolt mounted fully adjustable rear peep sight with a small aperture. It has the long upper tang and standard markings. Mounted on a diamond pattern checkered semi-beavertail walnut forearm and pistol grip stock with hard rubber grip cap and a checkered steel buttplate. With a tan leather sling.

Excellent, with 90% plus of the original blue finish. The balance of metal has small scattered areas of minor edge wear, and mild brown patina, as well as some surface scratches. The wood is very fine, with scattered small scratches and indentations, and finish loss at the heel. Mechanically excellent.
