Manufactured in 1964 in Belgium with a heavyweight magnum barrel without sights. The receiver has been drilled and tapped for scope blocks and is of the FN long action type. The bolt is polished bright with a jeweled extractor. The receiver, trigger guard and floor plate display an intricate scroll engraving with about 75% surface coverage. The left side of the front receiver ring is engraved "HARRY H KEMP" with gold inlay. Fitted with a factory engraved receiver mounted scope base with factory engraved rings. The floor plate is engraved with a rams head and broad scroll border. Floor plate and trigger guard engravings are gold filled. With a serrated gold plated trigger. Mounted on a select, fancy dark walnut pistol grip stock with skip line checkering, contrasting rosewood end and grip caps, white spacers between stock and caps, and a white triangle inset in the grip cap.

Excellent overall with 99% original polished blue finish displaying only minimal light handling marks. The wood is excellent with attractive grain and very nice figuring displaying some mild handling marks near the grip cap. Mechanically excellent.
