Manufactured in 1962 in Belgium with a hooded ramp front sight and an adjustable notch rear sight on a heavyweight magnum barrel. The receiver has been drilled and tapped for scope blocks and is of the FN long action type. The floor plate and trigger guard are lightly engraved with gold filling. Mounted on a deluxe, dark walnut, checkered pistol grip stock with a raised cheekpiece, high comb, sling swivel studs and a vented Browning recoil pad.

Excellent overall, with 99% original blue finish. Displaying only minimal light handling marks, on the blue. The trigger guard does show some loss of gold fill. The wood is excellent, with sharp checkering, attractive grain and minimal handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
