Manufactured in 1971 in Belgium. Hooded ramp blade front and folding notch rear sights, and the standard address and caliber markings on the barrel. Sharply cut scroll engraving is present on the underside of the floor plate and trigger guard and also fills in the areas around the gold-bordered game scenes on the sides, both of which depict a set of 3 gold inlaid game animals crossing a field. The left scene is signed "Jbaerten" in the lower right corner. Extra fancy checkered walnut pistol grip stock with fine scroll carving around the checkering panels, engraving on the forearm screw, and a flat Browning buttplate. With a brown leather luggage-style Browning case.

Near new with a few minor handling marks overall. The engraving is all sharp. The inlays are well executed. The checkering is crisp, and the grain is highly attractive. The case shows some light wear. Mechanically excellent.
