Manufactured in 1965 in Belgium with a heavyweight barrel without sights. The receiver has been drilled and tapped for scope blocks. Built on a SAKO L579 medium action. The bolt is polished bright with a jeweled extractor. The receiver, trigger guard and floor plate display an intricate scroll engraving with about 75% surface coverage. The floor plate is engraved with a rams head, and broad scroll border. Floor plate and trigger guard engravings are gold filled. With a serrated gold plated trigger. Mounted on a select, fancy dark walnut pistol grip stock with skip line checkering, contrasting rosewood end and grip caps, white spacers between stock and caps and a white triangle inset in the grip cap. With a Black plastic Browning buttplate.

Excellent overall with 99% original blue finish. Displaying only minimal light handling marks. Engravings are crisp with strong gold fill. The wood is excellent with some light handling marks, crisp checkering and attractive grain. Mechanically excellent.
