This example was manufactured in 1906 and features standard markings, a beaded front sight, adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight, and a smooth straight wrist walnut stock and forearm with steel forend cap and crescent buttplate.

Fine. 70% plus of the original blue finish remains with a brown patina forming on the exposed surfaces. The lever and hammer retain more than half of the original case colors. The buttplate is mottled with pitting and there are some scrapes on the barrel 3 inches back from the magazine band on the right. The refinished wood is very good with some light scrapes/dings and a sliver absent at the junction with the upper tang on the left. Mechanically excellent with crisp markings.
