Manufactured in 1903, this Bisley is marked with the one-line Hartford address and "(BISLEY MODEL) .45 COLT" on the factory replacement barrel, the two-line/three-date patent marking on the left side of the frame followed by the Rampant Colt, and the matching serial number on the frame, trigger guard, and rear strap. It has blade and groove sights, checkered hard rubber grips with the Rampant Colt emblem, and the assembly number "419" on the loading gate. The loading gate arm and left side of the grip straps are marked with "942 B." An ampersand is marked on the right side rear of the trigger guard indicating the revolver was returned to the factory for work.

Very fine as factory refinished. The revolver retains 97% of the factory blue finish and 95% vivid case colors with some light cylinder rotation and handling wear. The grips are fine with crisp checkering, a small chip on the toe of the right panel, and an aged coloration. The action is excellent. The markings, with the exception of the serial numbers on the frame and rear strap, are crisp.
