This is a Second Model 1890 manufactured in 1894 with a casehardened takedown frame and fixed sights on an octagon barrel marked with the two-line New Haven address and "22 WRF" at the breech. The three line model and patent information is stamped on the upper tang with the serial number on the lower tang. Mounted with a straight grip stock, casehardened crescent buttplate and hammer and 12 groove slide handle.

Very fine as professionally refinished and restored. Barrel displays 99% blue finish with only minimal handling marks. Receiver has vibrant case colors with minor silvering at the hard edges. Stock is very fine with a glossy finish and some scattered minor dents and handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
