Manufactured from 1931 to 1941. The revolver features a pinned barrel has the standard two-line address/patent marking on the top, "SMITH & WESSON" on the left side, and the caliber designation on the right side. Pinned blade front and adjustable rear notch sights, with standard frame markings, casehardened hammer and trigger (both marked "REG. U.S. PAT. OFF."), serrated grip straps and fitted with checkered walnut grips featuring silver S&W medallions. The right grip panel is numbered to the gun. Comes with a correct factory blue box.

Excellent with 98% of the original blue finish with some light handling marks, some minor muzzle wear and a cylinder drag line. The grips are very good with a few minor dings. The checkering is crisp. The box is good with corner and edge wear and the picture of the gun fading. Mechanically excellent.
