This is a contemporary stalking rifle manufactured by Merkel with an aluminum alloy receiver engraved with a scrolling floral and forest motif. There are also flourishes of engraving located on the sides and bottom of the receiver. With a fixed blade front and fixed rear notch at mid barrel. The rifle has an interesting feature of not being cocked until the safety is pushed forward. Mounted on a multi-point checkered walnut forearm with Schnabel tip and pistol grip stock with raised cheekpiece and plastic "SUHL" buttplate. Includes box numbered to the gun.

Excellent overall with 99% original finish displays minimal light handling marks. The wood is excellent with minor light handling marks, sharp checkering and attractive grain. Box is excellent. Mechanically excellent.
