Made in Belgium prior to the Nazi invasion in 1940, and properly devoid of the Occupation-era Nazi proofs. The standard 3-line address and Browning patent markings are present on the left side of the slide, with "crown/GC" and "crown/AC" proofs on the left side of the frame and Liege proofs on the slide, frame and barrel hood. Outfitted with blade front and tangent rear sights, a ring hammer, magazine well safety and a pair of checkered walnut grips. Included with the pistol are an unmarked hardwood board stock and a brown leather holster. The holster has space for both the pistol and the stock, with a pair of shoulder strap rings on the back and "AC 38" stamped on the flap.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished with 95% of the blue. Bright edges are present with some light takedown scratches and minor handling marks and spotting overall. The grips are very good with a few dings and crisp checkering. Stock is fine with some chips and dings around the rivet holes, and the holster shows some light scuffs and cracks, with a set of "x"d out markings on the flap. Mechanically excellent.
