According to the included factory letter this revolver was shipped to the City of Tucson Police Department on March 25, 1948 in its current configuration. The revolver has the standard markings and features for this model and is fitted with "Coltwood" checkered plastic grips. It comes with the matching numbered factory box, a matching signed test target with a tight group shot from 10 yards, and "Special Instructions" pamphlet.

Near new in box with some slight handling/storage marks. Slight cylinder drag line and storage edge wear. The box is fine with some edge wear/tears.
