Manufactured in 1949, this rifle features a hooded and ramped bead front sight, taps for rear sight or scope mounting, and an adjustable Lyman peep sight mounted to the left side of the action. The rifle has the standard Winchester markings and is mounted on a checkered walnut pistol grip stock with contrasting forend, Winchester grip cap, swivel studs, cheekpiece and checkered steel buttplate. Included with the rifle is an additional magazine.

Excellent. The rifle retains 98% plus of the original blue finish with some handling/storage marks and a few minor scratches. The markings throughout are sharp. The stock is also excellent with crisp checkering, scattered storage dings, a few minor pressure marks and slight scrapes. The action is excellent.
