Manufactured by the Hunter Arms Company in Fulton N.Y. Single nickel bead sight on solid ribbed barrel marked "L.C. SMITH FIELD GRADE" on the right and "HUNTER ARMS CO. INC M'F'R'S' FULTON, N Y ". Choked full/full and 2 1/2 inch chambers with ejectors. The receiver and side plates are casehardened and both side plates are marked " L.C. SMITH". Also features a tang safety and double triggers. Checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with black plastic grip cap and plastic serrated buttplate. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Excellent. The barrels have 95% of the current blue finish, with some small areas of edge wear, and light surface scratches. The receiver has 85% muted case colors, with edge wear, light handling marks and mostly silvered near the forearm. The wood is very good as refreshed with crisp checkering, attractive grain, and only light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
