Smith " marked on each lock plate, water table and barrel flat are marked "FIELD" and matching serial number on the water table, barrel flat and forearm hardware. Single bead sight on a matte concave solid rib, 2 3/4 inch chambers with extractors, choked full/full. Double triggers, automatic tang mounted safety and mounted with a checkered walnut splinter forearm and pistol grip stock with serrated buttplate. Length of pull is 14 1/4 inches.

Very good, with 90% of the current blue finish on the barrels, areas of pitting and spotting that have been cleaned and blued over, as well as some edge wear, light surface scratches, and scattered dings. The receiver has 85% of the current casehardened finish, with edge wear and scattered light scratches. The wood is good, with scattered small indentations, light scratches and some chipping near at the receiver edge. Mechanically very good and tight.
