This rifle was originally manufactured by Winchester in 1959 and since custom engraved by master engraver Claus Willig for Paul Jaeger Inc. It features fine Germanic leaf and scroll work on the scope rings and mount, trigger guard, and floor plate which also has silver embellished borders and a silvered mule deer buck. The rifle is equipped with a hooded ramp (no sight), rear sight filler block, a Kollmorgen Bear Cub scope on Buehler mounts, and a high grade American black walnut Monte Carlo stock with multi-point checkering, a contrasting ebony tip, checkered steel grip cap and buttplate, and sling swivel studs. The barrel and action have the standard Winchester markings. The bolt is jeweled.

Very fine as professionally engraved. The rifle retains 95% plus of the blue finish and nearly all of the silver inlay, and the bolt remains polished and bright. There are some minor marks throughout and some light residue along the junction with the stock on the right. The stock is also very fine with sharp checkering and minor handling/storage type marks. The action and optics are excellent, and all markings are crisp.
