Class: Curio & Relic Handgun
Description:

Fixed sights, with no markings on top of the chamber and a Mauser banner on the front toggle link. No conventional German military or commercial proofs are present, only a small five-pointed star on the left side of the barrel extension. Similar star proofs were used on pistols produced under French supervision with captured German facilities and equipment in the Oberndorf region. As the French were known to use left-over Nazi-proofed components, this suggests that this one was made with entirely post-World War II components after using up the old wartime stock. Finish is full blue, full matching external numbers including the magazine, and a pair of checkered grips.

Rating Definition:

Excellent with 98% plus of the original blue finish showing light scratches on the barrel and frame. The grips are excellent, with sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
