Manufactured in 1977. Features a serrated ramp blade front and adjustable target rear sights, frame finished matte on top to reduce glare, a serrated wide target hammer, smooth trigger, and two piece wraparound checkered walnut grips with golden Rampant Colt medallions. The left side of the barrel is marked "DIAMONDBACK / .38 SPECIAL CTG" with the "Rampant Colt" logo located on the rear of the frame behind the cylinder latch; and the right side is marked with the standard two-line Colt address.

Excellent, with 98% original blue finish. The majority displays only minimal light handling marks. The cylinder does show a clear drag line and stop marks. Grips are excellent, with light color, sharp checkering, and some minor pressure indentations. Mechanically excellent.
