Manufactured in 1978 at the Colt Custom Shop. This revolver features a highly polished nickel finish with "C" grade factory floral scroll engraving. With standard barrel and frame markings, blade front and frame notch rear sights and fitted with smooth walnut grips. The left side of the front grip strap is marked "COLT ENG" under the grip panel. Nickel plated factory engraved single actions in this caliber and barrel length represent only 20% of the total model production, making this a hard to find and desirable revolver. Includes a Colt Custom Shop leatherette case with orange fitted velvet lining.

Near new with minimal light handling/storage marks. Mechanically excellent. The case is very good with some peeling of the leatherette material on the interior.
