Manufactured circa 1979. This revolver has been beautifully embellished by Master Engraver Jeff Flannery of Union, Kentucky. The revolver features floral scroll engraving on the barrel sides, rear of the ejector housing, sides of the front sight, frame, loading gate, cylinder flats, and back strap. There are two thin gold inlaid wire bands around the muzzle and breech end of the barrel, a decorative design extending 1 1/2 inches from the muzzle sides and a similar design on the muzzle end of the ejector housing. There is a gold inlaid wire band around the front of the cylinder pin. Each cylinder flute is bordered with a gold inlaid wire bordering. There are five gold inlaid wire bands around the rear of the cylinder, and the hammer sides have a gold inlaid wire border. The underside of the ejector housing is signed with the intertwined "JF", of Jeff Flannery. The top of the barrel is marked with the one-line address and the left side of the frame is marked with the two-line, three-patent dates followed by the Rampant Colt. The revolver is all blue and is fitted with a smooth one-piece pearl grip. Comes in a wooden case with royal blue French cut velvet lining with a six round bullet block in the upper right and lower left hand corners.

Near mint as masterfully custom embellished with only light handling/storage marks. The case is excellent.
