Manufactured in 1935, "Tournament" Grade Model 21's were made in a limited number. Double bead sights on the solid concave matte rib. 2 3/4 inch chambers, choked WS1/WS2 with ejectors. The left rear barrel is marked "WINCHESTER - 20 GAUGE". The underside of the Winchester Proof Steel barrels are marked "WS-1" and "WS-2", and the barrel flat is marked with two Winchester oval proofs and the matching serial number. The right side of the water table is marked with the Winchester oval proof and the three line Made in U.S.A., Model and address markings, with the patent information on the left side. The trigger guard plate is marked "TOURNAMENT/SKEET" ahead of the trigger guard. Single trigger with selector, tang mounted manual safety and mounted with a checkered walnut semi-beavertail forearm and straight grip stock with a Winchester solid recoil pad. Length of pull is 14 1/8 inches.

Fine as partially refinished (cold blue on triggerguard and forearms hardware) The balance retains 80% plus original blue finish with some wear on the fences and high edges, thinning and areas of smooth gray on the trigger guard/tang, a smooth mottled brown patina on the forearm knuckle and some pin prick type pitting on the lower edges of the receiver. The forearm has been freshened with a coat of varnish and a glue repair visible on the left rear, with scattered minor dents and dings. The lightly reoiled stock is fine with only light handling marks and very crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
