Manufactured in 1939. With a single nickel bead sight on the round barrel, 3 inch chamber and a modified choke. With standard caliber, model and address markings on the left side of the barrel and the Winchester "WP" proof on top of the barrel and frame at the breech. Mounted on a diamond checkered forearm and straight grip stock with a checkered Winchester hard rubber buttplate. Length of pull is 13 3/4 inches.

Very fine as professionally refinished with 90% of the blue. With some evidence of buffing and light edges on the frame, very clear though lighter markings on the barrel, some cycling marks on the magazine tube and small amounts of light edge wear. The wood is very fine with well defined checkering, some light bruising, scattered surface scratches and scattered small indentations. Mechanically very good.
