Description:

Only 1,385 of these pistols were manufactured between 1911 and 1932. This model was developed as a single shot training version of the Webley Model 1908 for the English Metropolitan Police. It has blade and notch sights, checkered hard rubber grips, "22 RIM FIRE LONG" on the right side of the slide, the winged bullet trademark and two-line Webley & Scott address on the left, the serial number on the left rear of the frame, and some small British proofmarks. The butt is cut for a shoulder stock (not included). It has a blue finish aside from the trigger, trigger guard, safety, and hammer which are bright.

Rating Definition:

Excellent. The pistol retains 95% plus of the bright original high polish blue finish, and the polished parts remain mostly bright. There is some light cycling and handling wear. The grips are also excellent and have a slightly aged tone overall and some slight handling wear. The action is excellent, and the markings are crisp.
