The Walther Olympia is considered, in terms of design, accuracy and finish, to be one of the finest target automatic pistols ever produced. The under side of the frame is drilled for counter weights. The barrel is slotted on the bottom for additional counterweights. The rear sight is adjustable for windage, and the front sight is adjustable for elevation. Grips are two-piece checkered walnut with a thumb rest on the left side. The serial number is located on the left side of the receiver spur and on the left side of the slide behind the serrations. The right side of the slide is marked "CAL.22 long rifle". The opposite side of the slide is marked with the Walther Banner followed by the factory legend in two lines and the designation "OLYMPIA-PISTOLE". "Crown/N" proof marks are present, and the magazine has a walnut extension numbered to the gun.

Very good overall with 85% plus original blue finish with some small areas of high point and edge wear near the muzzle and trigger guard, scattered small nicks and dings, moderate cycling marks and clear markings. The grips are very good with nice color, well defined checkering, scattered handling marks and small dings and some light discoloration on the right panel. Mechanically excellent.
