Manufactured in 1945. Fixed sights, with "ITHACA GUN CO., INC./ITHACA, N.Y." on the left side of the slide, "P" ahead of the rear sight, and the "FJA" inspection mark on the frame. With a flat top rear sight, stamped short trigger, checkered thin safety and slide catch, serrated thumb safety and mainspring housing, long grip safety, reinforced Keyes Fiber grips, full blue "L" magazine, and a High Standard barrel.

Very fine with 75% plus of the parkerized finish showing bright wear along the high edges, grip straps, and contact points, and some scattered light handling marks. The hammer is a lighter gray in color, and the slide catch and thumb safety are darker. Grips are fine with some light dents and a few areas of verdigris buildup. Mechanically excellent.
