Manufactured in 1963. Produced in a limited quantity of approximately 3,300. This pistol was built in response to public demand for a high-velocity, small-caliber handgun using a Ruger flattop single action frame and replacing the cylinder with a rotating breech block. Fitted with serrated front blade and an adjustable rear target notch sights. The barrel is factory drilled and tapped for a 1 inch scope base. Fitted with stag grips with silver Ruger medallions.

Very good as refinished with 95% of the nickel and gold finishes. With small areas of cleaned pitting visible under the finish on the cylinder and scattered on the frame. With high point and edge wear and general handling marks. The grips are very good with general handling marks, thinning finish on the back strap and an area of gray patina/exposed aluminum. Mechanically excellent.
