Description:

Fitted with a fixed inverted "V" front sight and a notch rear sight, the barrel is adorned with a swamped octagonal muzzle backed by a cosmetic barrel band, and is inlaid with a 2 5/8 inch long pair of silver symbols behind the rear sight, extending across the top three flats. A small silver cherry blossom ornament is mounted on the match arm, which is engraved with ocean wave patterns, and two small brass blossoms are mounted on the floral engraved lock plate. Smooth traditional profile stock with brass blossom escutcheons, a small arrow-shaped bone inlay in the underside of the forearm, brass tube trigger guard and a brass heel plate.

Rating Definition:

Fine. The barrel shows a mixed brown patina, with spotting concentrated around the muzzle and touch hole, and mild handling marks overall. The markings are bright on the top flat and darker on the upper right. The touch hole cover is absent, the arm extends a bit far forward, and the mechanism needs adjustment. Stock is also fine, with a few light dings and scuffs.
