This Bisley revolver was manufactured in 1910. It has been fitted with a 7 1/2 inch .44-40 "Frontier Six Shooter" barrel and appropriate cylinder. The top of the barrel has the one-line address, and the left side has "COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER .44-40" in two-line. The standard two-line, three-date patent information is on the left side of the frame, followed by the circled Rampant Colt emblem. The checkered hard rubber grips also have the Rampant Colt emblem and are numbered to another gun. The matching serial number is marked on the frame, trigger guard, and back strap. The matching assembly number, "3215," is on the loading gate and right rear of the frame.

Fine as rebarreled and fitted with a replacement cylinder. The revolver retains 70% of the blue finish and 25% plus of the fading original case colors. There are patches of light pitting, a gray patina on the grip straps, and some slight spotting. The grips are very good and have partially smoothed checkering. The action remains excellent and the markings are clear.
