This Model 70 was manufactured in 1960 and has the standard late features. It is fitted with a hooded front sight, Lyman 16B folding rear sight, and a Bushnell Scopechief IV 3-9x scope in Weaver rings. The high comb pistol grip stock has checkering on the forend and grip, sling swivels, and a checkered plastic buttplate. It has a leather sling.

Very good. The rifle retains 90% plus of the original blue finish with some thinning. The refinished stock is very good with some imperfections in the checkering borders and small marks. The action and optics are excellent, and the markings are clear.
