Description:

This SAA was manufactured in 1921 and is marked with the one-line address and caliber designation on the barrel, two-line patent marking and Rampant Colt on the left side of the frame, and matching serial and assembly numbers. The underside of the smooth grips have "#" markings. It has a modified blade front sight and the standard frame groove rear sight.

Rating Definition:

Very good plus. The revolver retains 30% of the original blue finish and strong traces of the original case colors. The balance has a primarily brown patina with some light spotting. The oversize replacement grips are good. Their fit is slightly off, and they display an aged appearance. The action is excellent, and the markings are crisp.
