Manufactured by Walther, PPK pistols with this configuration with the "K" stamped below rather than following the number, are associated with the Reich Main Security Office, a top-level branch of the SS responsible for security, secret police and intelligence work throughout Germany and the occupied territories. This pistol is listed by serial number on page 193 of "SS Walther PP/PPK Identification & Documents" by Stepan and on page 62 is a copy of the actual SS property assignment card for pistol 207769K, the pistol listed just before this pistol's number on page 193. Overall markings and features are in line with this SS PPK variation with the addition of a matching stamped serial number on the right side of the slide ahead of the firing port along with the hand-scribed matching partial number on the inside. The magazine spine is also factory marked "207793/1K", which is proper for the model. Fitted with a 60 degree safety, ring hammer, smooth trigger, and checkered grips. Also included is a leather Akah marked commercial model PPK Albrecht Kind holster, stamped "Walther/PPK" in blue ink inside the flap.

Excellent with 95% of the original blue finish showing bright wear along the high edges and scattered handling marks. The grip is excellent with a few small scratches. Mechanically excellent. Holster is very fine with some very light cracks and scuffs.
