Description:

Both swords have a curved single fuller blade with Eickhorn "armed squirrel" logo on the ricasso, a stirrup-style guard, wire wrapped celluloid grip, dove head pommel and a black enamel finished scabbard. 1) Eickhorn officer's sword, 41 1/8 inches overall with a 36 1/2 inch blade and a gilt brass hilt with engraved oak leaf/Nazi eagle designs. 2) Eickhorn officer's sword, 39 1/4 inches overall with a 34 1/4 inch blade and a nickel finished hilt with etched Nazi eagle on the languet.

Rating Definition:

1) Fine with 40% of the original gilt finish, a fine patina on the exposed brass, and mild handling marks overall. 2) Very fine with mild bubbling and flaking of the nickel, and a few dents and brown patches on the scabbard
