Description:

Measuring 13 1/4 inches overall, with an 8 1/4 inch double fuller blade, etched on both sides with crowned and fouled anchors and a masted sailing ship, and stamped with the "double unarmed squirrel/CE" logo on the ricasso over the sheath lock. The hilt hardware is finely cast brass, with disc quillions, fouled anchors on both sides of the guard, and a three-dimensional Imperial crown for the pommel. The grip is smooth one-piece construction, with a two-strand brass wire wrap and a silver bullion portapee with a solid acorn and black and red accents. With a gilt brass sheath, decorated with oak leaf engraving on the body and a sculpted rope pattern on the rings.

Rating Definition:

Very fine with some light spotting and handling marks overall. The blade is excellent. The portapee shows a fine aged patina with a few small wire breaks and the grip shows a fine grain pattern.
