This is an example of a WWII M1 Carbine as used by all branches of the military as manufactured by the Standard Products company, with several Korean War-era upgrades. The rear of the receiver is marked "STD PRODS" under the rear sight and the front of the barrel is marked "Underwood/12-43/ordnance bomb" . It has mixed manufacturers parts and is currently equipped with the late production features like the type three barrel band, adjustable rear sight, flip safety but still retains an early stock with the "I" cut oiler slot, marked "(P)" on the grip base, "MR" above the stock cutout, and "10" in the cutout.

Rating Definition:

Very fine as arsenal refurbished with 95% plus Korean War era green parkerized finish. The wood is fine as arsenal sanded and oiled with scattered small indentations, small chips around the oiler cutout, and general handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
