Manufactured in 1943. Fixed sights, the standard two-line two-block address and patent information flanking the Rampant Colt logo, and a "W.B." inspected frame. Fitted with a flat top rear sight, long grip safety, checkered wide hammer, thumb safety and mainspring housing, serrated slide catch, stamped trigger, Colt grips, unmarked magazine and a "COLT 45 AUTO" barrel. London-style "crown/GP" proofs are present on the right rear of the slide and frame, with commercial Nitro proof and tonnage markings on the chamber. With a brown leather flap holster marked "JOSEPH H. MOSSER/1942" on the rear.

Fine as Arsenal refinished with 80% of the parkerized finish showing areas of bright gray, light scratches and a few mild handling marks. The grips are also fine with some dings. Mechanically excellent. Holster is scuffed and stained with a few small tears.
