Manufactured circa 1943. Fixed sights with the third style "REMINGTON RAND INC./SYRACUSE, N.Y. U.S.A." and "P" on the slide, Atwood-inspected frame with "NO." style serial number, small crossed cannons Ordnance Dept mark on the right side of the frame, stamped trigger, thin checkered hammer, serrated slide catch, checkered thumb safety, checkered early style arched mainspring housing, Keyes Fiber grips, and a correct "HS" marked barrel.

Excellent with 98% plus green parkerized finish. There are some light, barely noticeable surface scratches and general handling marks. The grips are excellent with light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
