Made in 1945. Fixed sights, with "REMINGTON RAND INC./SYRACUSE, N.Y. U.S.A." and "P" on the slide, "NO" style serial number marking, stamped trigger, thin hammer, serrated slide catch, serrated thumb safety, serrated arched mainspring housing, Keyes Fiber grips, and a replacement Flannery barrel. The left side of the frame is marked with the correct "FJA" inspection mark, and the right has a faint Ordnance Dept crossed cannon acceptance cartouche.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished with 90% of the post-war dark gray/green parkerized finish with areas of light to moderate high point and edge wear, small scattered surface scratches and general handling type marks. The grips are excellent with light handling marks and good checkering. Mechanically excellent. Magazine is absent.
