Manufactured in 1925. With dual bead sights on a solid concave matte rib. The top of the rib is marked "PARKER BROS.MAKERS.MERIDEN. CT. U.S.A. TITANIC STEEL". The barrels are choked improved cylinder/cylinder with 3 inch chambers and ejectors. The receiver is engraved with dogs on point in a field scene on both the left and right sides along with the Parker Brothers banner. The underside is engraved with four pheasant. The rest of the the action is engraved with a tight swirling scroll pattern. The trigger guard, fences and break lever are similarly engraved. With dual triggers and automatic thumb safety. Mounted on a checkered splinter forearm with engraved hardware and pistol grip stock with tear drop flats, Parker Brothers hard rubber grip cap, blank initial oval and a solid NOSHOC recoil pad. Length of pull is 13 7/8 inches.

Very good as partially refinished (barrels), with 95% of the blue. A small area of the right barrel has been cleaned and reblued, and there is also some peening marks on the left barrel approximately 4 inches back from the muzzle. The balance shows light general handling marks, small surface scratches and some scattered dings. The frame has some original case colors mostly in protected areas the balance has aged to a mostly uniform silver/gray patina with some light spotting nearer the trigger guard. The wood is very good with scattered light indentations, surface scratches and a glossy varnish finish. Mechanically very good.
