Description:

This massive bronze bust shows Indian Chief Geronimo with a stern foreboding look on his face. He has two feathers protruding from his headdress, braided hair with one feather on the left side and a leather vest. Fitted with a feather and a pair of small bells on a leather cord. Signed on the front "Kauba" (Carl Kauba, Vienna 1865-1922). Rests on a black marble plinth. Measures 37 inches in height x 23 inches in length x 13 inches in width. Weighs 77 pounds.

Rating Definition:

Very good with some scattered minor wear overall. The black marble plinth has a repaired crack.
